SUMMARY
A mid-sized and privately owned fulfillment company located in West Caldwell, NJ has an excellent opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Products Warehouse Manager who will report to their VP/General Manger and who will be responsible for managing warehousing and inventory control processes involved in the Company's pharmaceutical division. This individual will oversee receipt, storage and distribution of OTC, prescription and controlled substances. They will manage pick/pack and QC processes related to delivery of client materials to consumers, practitioners and client field sales personnel in compliance with established SOPs. Specific duties will include compliance with all applicable local, state and federal requirements as well as client specific business rules. Other duties include liaising with carriers and forwarding agents, and providing compliance training to employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related logistics experience. Applicant must have cGMP and PDMA experienced. Company offers very competitive salary, annual bonus potential and excellent benefits package.

SUMMARY

This individual will be the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients and manage tasks related to OTC, prescription and/or schedule IV and V controlled substance drug distribution to consumers, practitioners and/or client field sales personnel. Services to be supported include; direct mail, print, literature/product fulfillment and data services.
Candidate must have experience in managing programs requiring cGMP and PDMA compliance. Qualified candidate must have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. They must be detail oriented and show a high aptitude for multi-tasking. Applicant must have experienced in working in regulatory environment. Their experience must include writing and executing tasks in compliance with SOPs. Key responsibilities will include; program set up, inter-department coordination, day-to-day client contact, billing and up-selling to existing clients.
