"MFSA Fulfillment Accreditation is an industry first. It is the only program available to fulfillment service providers that recognizes companies for meeting stringent fulfillment operations criteria. This program was developed over a period of seven years to provide a vehicle for any company in the industry regardless of size, experience or technology to assess its fulfillment operations. The criteria examine all phases of the operation of a company and focus on its fulfillment activities. Those companies that comply with these stringent criteria will be recognized by the industry and customers as being part of a new class of companies. It is similar to ISO 9000 in the process of application, review and audit, but industry-specific. As of September 2009, only eleven companies have received MFSA Fulfillment Accreditation."
