The Corporate Communication Group's Safe Harbor Compliance Policy

The Corporate Communications Group (CCG) complies with the safe harbor standards developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in connection with the European Union Directive on Data Protection.

The principal information collected by CCG that is subject to the safe harbor standards is information collected from the European Union about CCG's customers required by CCG to provide those customers with marketing production services, including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of our customer's clients. CCG also may collect information from its customers and suppliers located in the European Union necessary to conclude business transactions, including name, address, phone number, e-mail address and redit-related information (collectively, "Personal Information").

Unless required by law or regulation, CCG will not disclose Personal Information to third parties that are not acting on behalf of CCG or use such Personal Information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected without first giving the person who provided the information the right to "opt out" from the disclosure or use.

CCG has adopted measures to minimize the risk of unauthorized disclosure, loss or misuse of Personal Information provided to the Company.

Any individual who desires to review, amend or correct Personal Information relating to them, or has a question about their Personal Information submitted to CCG should contact the Company's Compliance Officer, at 14 Henderson Drive, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. The U.S. Direct Marketing Association (DMA) serves as CCG's third-party dispute resolution provider. If you feel that CCG is not in compliance with the Safe Harbor principles, first contact our company by mail at The Corporate Communications Group, Quality Assurance Officer, 14 Henderson Drive, West Caldwell, NJ 07006, USA. If you do not receive acknowledgment of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed, you should then contact the DMA Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program. The DMA will then serve as a liaison to CCG to resolve your concerns. You can reach the DMA Safe Harbor Program at safeharbor@the-dma.org.
